FIDI (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this website") is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services so that you can receive your purchased crystal products as quickly as possible. 1. Delivery Scope
- Local delivery : We currently support delivery within Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
- International Shipping : We offer global shipping services, but some countries or regions may be subject to customs regulations, taxes, or logistical restrictions (such as remote areas). If delivery is not available to your address, we will notify you when you place your order.
-Unsupported regions : We do not ship to war-torn regions, sanctioned countries, or addresses that are inaccessible by logistics.
2. Shipping time
- Processing time : After order confirmation, we will process and ship within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and Hong Kong public holidays).
-Estimated delivery time :
- Hong Kong local: 1-3 working days.
- Asia region: 3-7 business days.
- Europe, America and other regions: 7-14 business days.
Delivery time may be delayed due to weather, customs clearance, peak holiday seasons, or force majeure events (such as pandemics or natural disasters). We cannot guarantee an exact arrival time, but we will try our best to provide updates.
3. Shipping costs
- Local delivery : Free delivery for orders over HK$500; otherwise, a standard delivery fee of HK$35 will be charged.
- International Shipping : Shipping costs are calculated based on destination, package weight, and dimensions, and will be displayed at checkout. Additional customs duties, value-added tax, or import duties may apply (to be borne by the recipient).
- Free shipping : We offer promotions from time to time, such as free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please refer to the website announcements for details.
- Calculation method : Shipping costs are based on the actual package weight. Crystal products are fragile, so we will use appropriate packaging to ensure safety.
4. Transportation method and tracking
- Logistics Partnerships : We partner with reliable logistics companies such as Hong Kong Post, SF Express, or international express companies (such as DHL and FedEx).
- Tracking Information : After shipment, we will provide a tracking number via email. You can check the package status through your account on this website or on the logistics company's website.
-Signature Requirements : Some packages require personal signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive the package, rescheduling or additional charges may apply.
5. Packaging and Insurance
- Packaging : All crystal products will be packaged using shockproof and shatterproof packaging materials to reduce the risk of damage during transportation.
- Insurance : Standard shipping includes basic insurance. For orders exceeding HK$1,000, we recommend purchasing additional insurance (at an extra cost). In case of damage during shipping, we will provide a refund or reshipment, but evidence (such as photos) is required.
6. Returns and exchanges
- Return Policy : If the product is damaged in transit or does not match your order, you can apply for a return within 7 days of receipt. Please keep the original packaging and contact customer service.
- Exchanges : We do not accept exchanges unless there is damage.
-Non -returnable : Opened and used crystals are not eligible for return.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or inability to deliver due to force majeure events (such as earthquakes, floods, strikes, or government regulations), but we will make every effort to notify you and provide alternatives.
8. Your Responsibilities
Please provide an accurate shipping address, contact number, and recipient information. You will be responsible for any delays or additional charges caused by incorrect information.
International orders must comply with the import regulations of the destination country, including declared value and tax payment.
